Outdoor Time: Water Play

In my efforts to research child development I stumbled across an article that mentioned Swedish children spend hours outdoors each day, no matter the weather conditions. I liked the sound of spending hours outside each day. I try to have as much at door time as possible with Liam. California weather is so accommodating, with 80 degree days in January it makes it very easy to spend hours splashing around outdoors!
