Father's Day 2010...

We sure love our Daddy. He works SO hard to make our life comfortable and pleasant. Day in and day out, Adam pushes himself to be extraordinary in all he does. He will not settle for average, there is no such thing as coasting with Adam. When I ask him why he puts that kind of weight on his shoulders his response is "Liam , Olivia and you deserve no less. You are my world!" I find it very endearing that Adam wakes each day, choosing to take on the world to make our life as comfortable and happy as possible. How lucky we are to call Adam ours. While we may not show him the appreciation he deserves (a short coming on my part) we did make sure to show him how much he is loved this past Father's Day!
Liam worked very hard to give his Daddy the gift of art!
He put love and effort into painting the tie.
Perfection!
He was SO excited to wrap the tie and give it to his wonderful Daddy!
Daddy was pleasantly surprised and VERY proud of Liam's artistic ability.
Sweet Olivia, gave Daddy the gift of snuggles.
 and the gift of smiles!
Off to Church...Liam was very pleased to see his Daddy wearing his tie!
After church we headed to the park for a lazy Sunday picnic. We packed all of Daddy's favorite indulgences.
Darling Olivia napped under the shade of the eucalyptus trees!

Liam entertained us by driving his 4 wheeler all over the park and exploring the many styles of hats. In the first picture he is wearing Daddy's hat. The Safari hat, was Liam choice, we took down his hat box and told him to choose a hat to wear to the park....safari it was!
After our picnic we headed home, slipped into comfy clothes and settled in for long afternoon naps.
After naps, we bounced over Great Grand Papas house for a Father's Day dinner. Kelly, Travis and the boys were in town, adding to the joy of the day.
While us women, cooked and attended to our men. Liam played and played with Towel ( Talon), Ryter (Ryker) and Harvlee (Harley.) What a wonderful day we had...we should celebrate the brilliant men in our life more often!
