The weather has been so lovely lately. Adam woke up on Tuesday and said he felt like we needed a beach day. He took the day off, and we headed down to Laguna Beach for a lackadaisical beach day. We ate breakfast at our favorite french bakery, took Liam to play on the beach front playground, chased birds and played in the water that, to our amazement, was rather warm! As soon as his little feet hit the sand, Liam made a mad dash to the water. It frightened me, as he literally has NO fear of the water at all. He is a true water baby. He only wanted to get into the water deeper and deeper. Thank goodness Daddy was with us and took Liam out to the deeper water that he so desperately craved. It was such a wonderful day, no housework, no schedules, no plans....very refreshing!
