I rounded up 10 of Liam's little buddies and arranged for a Mommy and Me Easter play date at our local Park. We had a Easter egg hunt, Mommy potluck, wagon rides, and general park play. Liam was SO excited to have so many children to play with. He was running everywhere, climbing everything, and all smiles! Liam gave each one of his friends a small picture of Christ, it was sweet to hear so many tender voices say "Jesus." While the Bunnies and egg hunts are fun, this is a time to reflect and celebrate Christ. I can not help but think of the Savior saying "Suffer the little children to come to me, for such is the Kingdom of God." Each and everyone of these children are so sweet and dear.

Hunting for Easter Eggs. Each egg Liam would find he would crack right open and start eating the snacks!

The Easter eggs were filled with "children's snacks", I also brought bags of goldfish and juice boxes for the kids...but us Mommy's had quiet the feast of all sorts of yummy dishes!

Teaching Liam to put his eggs in the basket!

Once he gathered the concept, he insisted on holding his own basket!

He ran SO much that his little cheeks turned bright pink!

Breaking into the snack filled Easter eggs!

Once all the eggs had been hunted, the kids ate their contents for quiet a while!

Once the snacking was over, they played...( Liam multitask and continued eating while playing)

And played...

And played! Until every single one of the sweet little boys and girls were tired and ready for their afternoon nap!
