Busy as a bee...

As Liam has grown, he has grown to be increasingly busy. He is always busy doing something, he is thirsty for knowledge and loves to figure things out. In light of his "new found" busy-ness, we felt it was only appropriate to dress Liam as a Busy Bee for Halloween!

We celebrated Halloween by taking Liam trick or treating around my parents street, then headed over to Great Grandpa's for a chili and corn bread dinner, more trick or treating and games! We let Liam eat one piece of his hard earned candy and disposed of the rest the very next day....I wish they would hand out stickers for Halloween, I was shocked to see how much candy our busy little bee collected by trick or treating just two streets!

Liam trick or treating around Grandma and Papa's neighborhood!

Up to this point, Liam has never had a piece of candy....he had no idea what to think of the candy or what to do with it!

At the end of the night, we let Liam have his very first piece of candy...a dumb-dumb sucker. I did not realize the sucker I gave him was a sour flavor...so he puckered right up upon tasting it. Liam was a blue sticky mess by the end of the sucker!

We also, dressed Liam up for the ward trunk or treat.

We took our busy bee to the local pumpkin festival. Always the busy bee, we stopped to drive the car in the way in!

Yes, we had so much fun on Halloween we tired out even the busiest of bees!
